1. GENERAL TERMS

2. PRODUCT & PRICING
2.1 Prices displayed on www.megajaipur.com are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of taxes.
2.2 Prices may fluctuate frequently, and no price protection is offered on any product.
2.3 All products have specific minimum and maximum order quantity limits, which must be adhered to.
2.4 Products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that a product will always be in stock.
3. ORDER & PAYMENT
3.1 Orders will only be processed after payment realization in favor of Mega Compu World, Jaipur.
3.2 Orders placed after 4:00 PM on working days may be scheduled for processing the next business day.
3.3 All prices are quoted ex-warehouse Jaipur. Freight charges will be applied at checkout based on shipment method, distance, weight, and dimensions.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
4.2 We use standard shipping companies that provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
4.3 Shipments through transport services will be on a To Pay basis, with payment due upon delivery.
4.4 For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
5. WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUNDS
5.1 All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s website for warranty details.
5.2 Warranty claims must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service provider. Contact details are available on our homepage.
5.3 Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of the billing date.
5.4 Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good condition, fully packed, and free from any mishandling.
5.5 Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
5.6 Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
6. COMPATIBILITY
6.1 Mega Compu World, Jaipur cannot guarantee the compatibility of any product for a specific purpose. Customers are advised to evaluate product compatibility before purchase.
7. LEGAL & LIABILITY
7.1 All sales are final. Mega Compu World, Jaipur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
7.2 All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
